Before taking my son who is 6yrs old,to this Dentist office I've never heard of them. Especially moving from a small city to the metro area. I was struggling to find a dentist,and someone you can trust. After my son's visit I decided to make one myself. I scheduled an appointment based off what I seen from my son's initial visit. From the moment you walk in,it seems as if they knew you from the last 30 years. The young ladies at the front desk greeted every patient by name without looking at a computer,and it initiated into welcoming conversations making everyone feel comfortable. While I was getting work done,my dentist was super informative and trustworthy. I can tell she takes procedures and what she does very seriously. You can feel the undeniably great culture,and it pours out from Dr.Thomas onto her staff. I've been to many Dr offices,Dentist, and other local businesses throughout my life.This is the best customer service from start to finish I've seen. I'm glad that I found you guys. Thanks

My first visit. Very nice office. State of the art equipment. Employees were all extremely caring and competent. Dr. Thomas took her time in explaining every step of her examination. I believe I made a good decision for choosing Dr. Thomas as my new dentist.

Genuinely the best office. From the time you walk in and are greeted by Tristin and Nichole with a smile to the amazing clinical staff! Dr. Thomas is so sweet and gentle and Shelby is so thorough and caring. They have three amazing hygienist that make teeth cleanings a breeze. All around such a professional and amazing office and I recommend them to all friends and family!

We have loved our time with focal pointe!!! The facility itself is clean, professionally designed and aesthetically pleasing!! Dr. Thomas and her team are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We are greeted with a smile each time we come in for an appointment. Scheduling is a breeze and they communicate well leading up to our appointment times. They’ve cared for my whole family including my two young children and we’ve been impressed with each visit! I highly recommend this dental team and have no complaints whatsoever!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Susan Thomas for several years, although I hadn’t been in for some time. I called yesterday, and they were able to fit me in this morning at 7 a.m. — and even after all these years, their service is still AMAZING. I live about an hour away, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else; this dentist’s office is absolutely worth the drive. Their new location is beautiful, and they make you feel truly welcome — more like family than a patient. With service like this, they’ve earned my loyalty for life.
